Role: COE Coordinator

Qualification: Graduate
Desired Work Experience: Fresher/upto 1 year of experience

Shifts: Day

Weekly Off: Sunday

Work Location: Gurugram - Corporate Office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare reports and draft mails with accuracy as per the data analytics shared.
2. Completes the given job on time and in desired manner and follows timelines.
3. Gets into the technical details of the job or work assigned to him/her and is keen on enhancing his/her job knowledge.
4. Keeps all the records confidential and maintain data properly with break-up.
5. Handles telephonic inquiries politely and ensures smooth conversation with both students/parents and stakeholders of the
branches.
6. Coordination and communication with all the stakeholders across country for collecting data/providing information and maintain
the confidentiality.
7. Ensures the smooth running of the day to day operation in NAT in coordination with the other departments.
8. Managing Out-Office and Ad-hoc activities.
9. Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.

To be successful in the Operations Executive role, you are required to have -

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails and comfortable while working on software related to operations.
2. Multi - tasking abilities.

Experience:
