Walk-in || CNC Turning Setter & Programmer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage CNC TURNING machines, including programming and setting, to produce high-quality parts.
• Ensure accurate cutting tools & tool path are selected and used for each operation.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area by adhering to 5S standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
• Diagnosing tool breakages, chatter, and poor surface finishes to improve quality and tool life.
• Ability to inspect the parts with optimum QC instruments for first part approval

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling CNC machines - Turning ; VMC, Grinding- etc.
• Strong understanding of Fanuc control systems and manpower handling techniques.
• Experience with QC inspection processes and cycle time reduction strategies.
• Capable of managing a production team and ensuring desired productivity and quality of the products
