Walk-in || CNC Shop Maintenance - Electrical and Mechanical

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machines' electrical systems.
• Conduct mechanical maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot issues with Fanuc control systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain VMC (Vehicle Mounted Condition) equipment by performing routine checks, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to established procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in CNC shop maintenance or related field.
• Diploma/ITI degree in relevant trade (e.g., Electrical Engineering).
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance principles, machine maintenance practices, and preventative measures.
• Proficiency in operating various types of machinery including CNC machines, VMCs, etc.
