Walk-in || Cnc Milling Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce aerospace components to tight tolerances.
  
• Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
  
• Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
  
• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain part quality.
  
• Perform first article and in-process inspections to ensure part conformity.
  
• Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, organized work environment.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.
  
• Follow safety and quality standards in compliance with AS9100 and other aerospace standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• High school diploma or technical/vocational training preferred.
  
• Minimum of 2-7 years of CNC milling experience, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing.
