Position : CNC Milling Operator

Manufacturing / Precision Engineering Industry

An excellent opportunity for experienced CNC Milling Operators to work in Singapore under the NTS Manufacturing category with a reputed Precision Engineering company.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD 1,850 per month
• Housing Allowance: SGD 150 per month
• Estimated Gross Salary: SGD 2,300–2,800 per month
• Overtime Rate: 1.5 as per Singapore Labour Policy
• Sunday & Public Holiday Overtime: 2 Pay

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Milling Machines for precision engineering and manufacturing components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Perform machine setup, tooling selection, and offset adjustments before production.
• Manufacture precision components according to required dimensions and quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow production schedules while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company safety procedures.

Eligibility Requirements

• Age: Below 45 years.
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Milling Operator.
• Mandatory experience in Precision Engineering or Precision Manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and operate CNC Milling Machines independently.
• Good communication skills in English are required.
• Freshers are not accepted.
