About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Follow TPM, 5S, and safety procedures during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operation
- Knowledge of CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and SPM machines.
- Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Fanuc, etc.).
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Fresher to 2 Years ( CNC Machine Maintenance ).
- B.E/Diploma ( Mechanical ,Electrical)
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Age: 18 - 26 years.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
