Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented CMA freshers to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. The role offers an opportunity to work across finance and accounting operations, financial reporting, cost analysis, budgeting, and business support processes while collaborating with global stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting and finance, analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a dynamic, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Assist in financial reporting, management reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control activities.
• Perform financial data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing relevant schedules, documentation, and reconciliations.
• Follow internal controls, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to resolve queries and meet service delivery requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, automation, and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• CMA qualification or completion of CMA Final, depending on the role's eligibility criteria.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, financial management, and management reporting.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, multicultural environment.
