Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, support, and enhancements. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance modules and working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations.
• Provide post-production support and resolve functional issues.
• Conduct user training and prepare process documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Financials:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expense Management
• Tax (EBTAX)
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Expertise in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Good understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C business processes.
• Experience with FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of approval workflows, financial reporting, and period-end close processes.
• Ability to interact with business users and stakeholders independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-country implementations.
• Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting Studio and Smart View.

Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications preferred.

Candidate Profile

• 6–12 years of overall ERP experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews and work from office as required.
