Walk-in || Cloud Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Round the clock monitoring of alerts from monitoring agents
• Perform the initial triage of each alert generated from the monitoring
• tools like PagerDuty, Kibana, Grafana etc.
• Monitor Console / Operations Bridge for events, database backups, batch jobs etc
• Monitor the alerts like disk failure, server failure, Service not responding and escalate to the appropriate team
• Log Ticket and initiate appropriate process based on type of trigger (Event and Incident Management)
• Event Management & Incident Management report preparation.
• Health Checks monitoring.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic knowledge of AWS or Azure.

Linux Administration and Shell Scripting.

Moderate knowledge of Grafana and ELK Stack.

Working knowledge of Jenkins, Terraform, Puppet, and JIRA.

Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Freshers and candidates with internship-only exposure are NOT ELIGIBLE for this walk-in drive.

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant real-time experience.
