About the Role
We are looking for a target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for an exclusive mandate project in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, client management, site visits, follow-ups, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Handle leads, client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals.
- Monitor team performance, conversions, and bookings.
- Ensure timely CRM updates and sales reporting.
- Coordinate with the project/developer team for smooth closures.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Channel Sales
- Strong communication & client-handling skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Team management & leadership ability
- Strong follow-up and target orientation
- Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market preferred
