Job Vacancy: Staff Nurse / Clinic Nurse

Clinic: Dr. Chaithanya's Clinic General Medicine & Diabetes Speciality Centre

Location: Yelahanka – Jakkur Main Road, Bengaluru

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month

Duty Hours: 8 hours per day (must be flexible to work in shifts)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM with relevant clinical experience

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and patient-friendly Clinic Nurse to manage day-to-day nursing and clinical activities at our General Medicine and Diabetes Speciality Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV injections, IV fluids, IM and SC injections as prescribed.
• Perform blood sample collection (venipuncture) and coordinate laboratory investigations.
• Perform ECG recordings and assist with basic diagnostic procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, including BP, pulse, temperature, SpO, and blood glucose.
• Assist the doctor during consultations and minor clinical procedures.
• Provide wound dressing, nebulization, and other routine nursing care.
• Maintain patient records, nursing documentation, and clinical registers.
• Handle medication inventory, medical supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Follow infection control, sterilization, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
• Assist with patient registration, appointments, and clinic administration when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and smooth daily clinic operations.
• Perform other nursing and clinic-related duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
• Good practical skills in IV cannulation, blood collection, injections, and ECG.
• Willingness to work flexible 8-hour shifts according to clinic requirements.
• Good communication skills in Kannada; knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, or English is an advantage.
• Professional, punctual, compassionate, and responsible.
• Ability to independently manage routine nursing activities within the authorized scope of practice.
• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital OPD, or diagnostic centre preferred.
