Walk-in || Client Services Coordinator (Non Sales)

About the Role

AKOVA is looking for a confident and well-organized Client Services Coordinator to support day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, information sharing, and internal coordination. This is a non-sales role focused on professional communication and timely service support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner.
• Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements.
• Maintain call records, follow-up details, and basic reports.
• Ensure regular and professional communication with clients.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team or supervisor.
• Perform other client-service and coordination activities assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain accurate records.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
