Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing - Project Management to manage client relationships and coordinate end-to-end projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, collaborating with internal teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with global clients.
• Understand client requirements and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per client expectations.
• Plan, track, and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the key point of contact between clients and internal production/project teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and potential risks.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Project Management, Account Management, or a related role.
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of project planning and coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good coordination skills with cross-functional/production teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
