Walk-in || Client Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

Merit Wing Tax LLC is hiring motivated candidates for client outreach and business development activities related to US taxation and business services. Freshers and experienced candidates from customer support, BPO, international voice processes, sales, recruitment, and taxation backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- Explain the company's US taxation and business services.

- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.

- Handle client inquiries professionally and schedule appointments.

- Maintain client databases and daily reports using MS Excel.

- Coordinate with internal teams and achieve assigned targets.

- Build strong professional relationships with clients.
