Walk-in || Client Relationship Executive

Job Description:

1. Handle a portfolio of clients as a customer relationship executive.

2. Tracking of all open shipments daily to understand the current scenario. This includes multitracking over complete shipments with a capacity of downloading 3k shipments at one go.
3. Reallocation of dependency bucket of the daily data. This is to segregate the shipment count based on the status to the different assets and chase for closure.
4. Data circulation. This is to cascade the fresh dependency allocation to the different assets for their visibility and update.
5. Regular follow-ups with different assets. Based on the reallocation, regular follow-ups and updates are required to be gathered from different assets to ensure timely closure.
6. FM Issues. With the volume of shipment increasing in the network and FMBRSNR cases going up, RCAs are initiated and investigated in co-ordination with the zonal FST teams. FEs accept shipments in the system and due to human error cannot ensure complete physical pickup which leads to this issue.
7. LM Issues. BRSNR from DHs are also on the rise due to fraudulent activity done by DHs where the POC must analyse the lanes where major BRSNR lies and involve the FST team to investigate whether these are errors on the MH's part or frauds being committed on the DH's part.
8. Co-ordinating for closure TATs with different assets for final commitment and closure on a pan India level.
9. Loss Marking and loss attribution to different assets by closing shipments in the system.
10. Follow ups with tech team for cases which cannot be closed in the system by people with loss marking rights to be closed from the backend.
11. Final Data sharing with complete closure and no open shipments with the assets and the client handling team which can finally be shared with the clients.
