CRM Executive Light Art Studio

Role: Manage customer relationships, leads, follow-ups, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leads and customer data in the CRM.
• Follow up with enquiries, quotations, and prospects.
• Coordinate with sales, design, production, and installation teams.
• Maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and customers.
• Track orders, customer feedback, and after-sales service.
• Generate weekly/monthly CRM and sales reports.
• Identify repeat business and referral opportunities.

Requirements

• 03 years of CRM/customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Comfortable with CRM software, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
• Experience in lighting, interiors, architecture, luxury retail, or design is a plus.

Key KPI: Lead follow-up, conversion, customer satisfaction, repeat business, and CRM accuracy.
