Walk-in || Civil Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Coordination: Directing and coordinating construction activities, including managing teams of workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
• Safety Management: Implementing, enforcing safety regulations, ensuring the use of personal protective equipment, and conducting regular site inspections.
• Quality Control: Inspecting work quality, ensuring it meets project specifications and standards, and identifying and addressing any defects or non-conformances.
• Resource Management: Managing materials, equipment, and other resources effectively to avoid delays and ensure efficient project execution.
• Communication and Reporting: Communicating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, preparing reports on project progress, and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Schedule and Budget Adherence: Monitoring project progress and ensuring work is completed on time and within the allocated budget.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
