Walk-in || Civil Supervisor / Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to manage and monitor civil construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building construction, site supervision and progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Monitor work progress as per project schedule and drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour teams and other site personnel.
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are followed.
• Monitor structural, finishing and civil works.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
• Check quantities, measurements and material requirements.
• Conduct site measurements and support land surveying activities using Auto Level.
• Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Ensure safety and discipline at the construction site.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / ITI / relevant qualification in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5-15 years of relevant experience in building construction/site supervision.
• Good knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution.
• Should be comfortable working at office
• Good communication and coordination skills.
