Engineer Civil Execution

Role Purpose

SOBHA Limited operates through a backward-integrated business model, with significant in-house construction, engineering, manufacturing, contracting and project execution capabilities. The Engineer – Civil Execution will be responsible for executing day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project schedules.

SOBHA currently has 2,200+ staff, 13,000+ technicians and 12,000+ subcontractor workers supporting projects across India, with 38+ construction sites currently under execution and 15+ additional sites expected soon. The role will contribute to timely project delivery through effective coordination of manpower, materials, contractors and work fronts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute civil works as per approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors and workmen for daily execution and work-front planning.
• Monitor quality, levels, alignment, dimensions and workmanship.
• Plan and monitor manpower, materials and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate with Planning, QA/QC, MEP and Engineering teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor contractor productivity and progress against planned targets.
• Identify site issues and support timely resolution with the project team.
• Ensure adherence to SOBHA's quality, safety and execution standards.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–8 years of experience in civil construction/project execution, preferably in real estate, residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, measurements and contractor coordination
