Walk-in || Civil Site Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil construction works for 132 kV substations, bays, and transmission line projects.
• Execute and monitor construction of equipment foundations, control rooms, cable trenches, roads, drains, and other civil structures.
• Supervise concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, excavation, and foundation works.
• Coordinate with contractors, site workers, and project teams for timely completion of work.
• Check work quality as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Prepare quantity estimates, BOQ, material requirements, and daily progress reports.
• Monitor consumption of cement, steel, aggregates, and other construction materials.
• Ensure proper site safety and maintain required project documentation.
• Resolve site-related civil issues and coordinate with the engineering team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 56 years of relevant site experience, preferably in 132 kV substations, transmission lines, or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in civil construction and foundation works.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, RCC, steel, and construction materials.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
• Strong site supervision, contractor coordination, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
