We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in high-rise building construction, MIVAN and Aluminium Formwork (Aluform).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities.
• Handle RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and MIVAN/Aluform works.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
• Monitor quality, safety, manpower and material utilization.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project teams.
• Check line, level, alignment and reinforcement before concreting.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Resolve site execution and technical issues.

Required Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise projects and MIVAN/Aluform construction.
• Good knowledge of RCC, shuttering, reinforcement and finishing works.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Excel will be an advantage.

Preferred: Candidates from reputed real estate/construction companies with high-rise MIVAN project experience.
