• Site planning, supervision, and day-to-day work management
• RCC, foundation, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and concrete works
• Structural and masonry works
• Repair, renovation, and maintenance of buildings
• Interior and finishing works
• Coordination with contractors, workers, engineers, and suppliers
• Material planning, procurement, and quality control
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining safety standards at the work site
• Estimation, measurement, billing, and documentation of civil works
• Ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
