A reputed hospitality company in Maldives is urgently hiring experienced Indian & Chinese Cuisine Chefs for immediate placement. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for skilled chefs looking to work in a professional kitchen with attractive salary and company-provided benefits.

• Salary: USD 580/month (Approx. INR 55,000)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Indian and Chinese cuisine as per company standards.
• Plan and prepare daily menus while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Cook a variety of Indian and Chinese dishes, including curries, biryani, tandoor items, fried rice, noodles, gravies, soups, and appetizers.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage food preparation, plating, portion control, and inventory.
• Follow food safety and HACCP standards at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an Indian & Chinese Cuisine Chef.
• Experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or catering kitchens is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and Chinese menu preparation and commercial kitchen operations.

Mandatory for Selection

• Food Menu Card prepared by the candidate is Mandatory.
