Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and communication-savvy professionals to join our Customer Support – Chat Process team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling customers through chat and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support.
• Provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions to customer queries.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant chat support experience.
• Excellent written communication and typing skills.
• Good understanding of English grammar and sentence construction.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from office in Gurgaon.
