Walk-in || Chat Support Executive

We are looking for a customer-focused Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through WhatsApp, website chat, and social media.

Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally. Share accurate product details, prices, and saree links. Assist customers with orders, payments, shipping, and returns. Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain proper customer communication records.

Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, customer-handling skills, and a positive attitude.
