Job Title: Channel Sales Manager - Diagnostics Sales

Location: Mumbai - Lower Parel, Kamala Mills

Department: Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage B2B/channel partners, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and corporate clients.
• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Track sales performance, market activities and payments.

Key Account Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including pathologists, laboratory directors, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts within company guidelines.

Team Management:

• Lead, coach, and mentor territory sales representatives (if applicable).
• Track team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits and sales reviews.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

• Gather market insights and customer feedback.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business reports.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline data.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the Diagnostics Sales.
