Channel Sales Manager Collection Centre Network Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new Authorized Collection Centres.
• Conduct market mapping, territory planning, feasibility studies, and partner evaluations.
• Lead commercial negotiations and franchise agreement closures.
• Manage end-to-end CC infrastructure setup, branding, IT, and operational readiness.
• Drive new territory expansion and ensure profitable network growth.
• Monitor CC performance, revenue, activation, and compliance standards.
• Conduct infrastructure and operational audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and guide Channel Sales Executives to achieve business targets.

Desired Profile:

• 6+ years of experience in Collection Centre development, channel sales, or regional sales management within Diagnostics/Healthcare.
• Proven success in expanding and managing collection centre networks.
• Strong skills in business development, negotiation, territory planning, and project coordination.
• Good understanding of ROI, profitability, and operational compliance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
