Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand end-to-end operations of the department and its interdependencies.
• Coordinate effectively with Operations, Credit, Branch Units, Technology, and Support Teams to
• ensure seamless data flow and timely resolution of process-related issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day activities and contribute to continuous
• process improvements.
• Ensure strict compliance with data protection, privacy norms, regulatory requirements, and internal
• policies.
• Adhere to and uphold the values, ethical standards, and compliance culture of the organization at all times.
