JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic Management Trainee Salon Operations to support the day-to-day operations of Green Trends Salon branches, with direct exposure to the Director and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor day-to-day salon operations and branch coordination.
• Monitor sales, team performance, customer experience and operational standards.
• Visit and support multiple Green Trends branches as regularly
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and salon teams to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare regular MIS and operational reports and share updates with the Director.
• Work from the Corporate Office one day a week for reporting, business reviews and management discussions.
• Spend the remaining working days at Green Trends Salon branches supporting operations and monitoring performance.
• Support management in implementing operational improvements and business initiatives.

Desired Candidate Characteristics

• MBA fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in any field.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel across salon branches.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Interested in building a career in operations and retail management
