Amped is looking for a reliable, friendly, and responsible Cashier / Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling payments, interacting with customers, and maintaining accurate daily cash records.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other customer payments accurately
• Generate bills and provide receipts
• Manage the cash counter and maintain accurate transaction records
• Assist customers with basic queries and provide a welcoming experience
• Coordinate with other team members when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around the front desk/cashier area
• Complete opening and closing cash counts
• Report any payment discrepancies or issues to management
• Follow Ampeds procedures for discounts, refunds, and complimentary transactions

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic numerical and computer skills
• Honest, responsible, and punctual
• Able to work efficiently during busy periods
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required
• Previous cashier, billing, retail, hospitality, or front-desk experience is preferred but not mandatory
