• Coordinate with inventory and store operations manager for stock updates.

• Resolve customer billing queries professionally.

• Generate daily sales and cash reconciliation reports.

• Maintain billing counter cleanliness and customer service standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Open and close billing counters as per store operating procedures. • Verify POS system functionality before shift commencement. • Maintain zero billing errors and minimize customer waiting time. • Report system issues, pricing discrepancies, or stock mismatches immediately. • Support store promotions and loyalty program enrolments. • Maintain confidentiality of sales, customer, and business information. • Ensure proper handover of cash and billing records during shift changes.Role & responsibilities
