Walk-in || Carpenter Foreman | Bar Bending Forman

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all carpentry and shuttering/formwork activities at the construction site.
• Ensure formwork is erected, aligned, and dismantled as per approved drawings and project specifications.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor the productivity of carpentry teams.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Resolve on-site issues related to carpentry works and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain daily work progress reports and manpower records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Carpentry Foreman in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of shuttering/formwork systems, carpentry techniques, and construction drawings.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
• Good leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Willingness to work at project sites.
