About this role
- Understand students educational background, career interests, goals, and expectations.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and recommend suitable courses or career pathways.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, eligibility, career opportunities, and fee structure clearly.
- Help students and parents make informed decisions based on their requirements.
- Address queries and concerns related to courses, careers, admissions, and placements.

- Update lead status, call remarks, follow-up dates, and conversion details in the CRM/system.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all new, existing, and pending leads.
