We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career path in IT courses like Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Networking, and AI. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about career opportunities in IT courses
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, walk-ins, and leads
• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling
• Explain course details, career scope, and placement opportunities
• Maintain follow-ups with prospective students
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Maintain student database and reports

Required Skills

• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Good knowledge of sales and counselling techniques
• Basic understanding of IT courses (preferred but not mandatory)
• Positive attitude & target-oriented mind-set
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• Graduate in any stream
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
• Experience in counselling / sales / tele calling is a plus
