Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.
• Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous service.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food delivery.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.
• Maintain proper coordination between kitchen, service, cashier, and management teams.
• Monitor stock and report shortages or operational requirements to the concerned manager.
• Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment and company property.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional working environment.
• Support the team during busy hours, special events, and peak business periods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management.
