Job Title: Electrical Reliability & Maintenance Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: 2 to 15 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Total Openings: 18 Positions

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and support the team in technical problem-solving.
• Interact with customers for requirement understanding, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Ensure compliance with quality, ISO, and technical standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 to 15 years of experience in Plant Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Power Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with electrical equipment such as Transformers, Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, MCCs, Motors, Generators, and Batteries.
• Good understanding of Power System Analysis, Equipment Strategies, Criticality Assessment, Hazardous Area Classification, and Equipment Selection.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings (SLDs, layouts, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with customers and teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETAP, SKM Power Tools, SAP, or Meridium.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Advanced Excel, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
