Walk-in || CA / CMA Mentor (Academic Mentor)

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students by solving their doubts
• Help students in preparing a study schedule
• Connect with the online students to understand their progress
• Review the question papers
• Prepare test schedule
• Conduct tests and evaluate them as per the requirement
• Prepare a student tracker to record their marks.
• Share timely feedback and monitor students progress
• Coordinate with Students, Academic Team and Admin Team as per the requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: CA / CMA Qualified (Inter qualified with relevant experience can also be considered)
• Freshers with good subject knowledge are welcome.
• Prior teaching/mentoring experience is an added advantage.
• Strong conceptual clarity in CA / CMA subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and student mentoring.
• Interested candidates can share their resume immediately as this is an urgent requirement.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
