Job Summary:

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team in the Financial Reporting & Audit function. The role is suitable for both freshers and candidates with post-qualification experience who are keen to build expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting

• Preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP).
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare MIS reports and conduct variance analysis.

2. Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory audits.
• Assist in tax audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.

3. Controls & Processes

• Support the implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of audit trails.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with cross-functional teams for financial data and reporting requirements.
• Support management in decision-making by providing relevant financial insights.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting/audit are preferred.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, particularly Ind AS / IFRS.
• Good understanding of audit procedures and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, etc. is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
