On-the-Job Training Program

• Selected candidates will undergo an On-the-Job Training Program designed to provide practical experience and develop the professional and managerial skills required for the Business Manager profile.
• Training Duration: Approximately 6 to 9 months
• Training Program: BDM Course Business Development & Management
• Training Cost: Approximately 1.5 lakh, completely borne by the company
• Candidates will receive practical, on-the-job experience throughout the training period.

• Interacting with people and understanding their requirements

After promotion, the stated income range is approximately:

35,000-50,000 per month
