Job Overview
VIPRA FINCORP is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Loans Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business loan leads, connecting with potential customers, building client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads for business loans from various sources.
- Connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- Explain business loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business.
- Collect and verify basic customer documents.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain customer records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business loan sales or financial services.
- Knowledge of business loans, MSME loans, and unsecured loans is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
