Job Responsibilities

• Handle Business Loan sales through direct customer interaction.
• Generate and manage leads for Business Loan products.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
• Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification and loan processing.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the loan process.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Loan, SME Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Banking, NBFC or financial sales.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and direct customer interaction.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business achievement.
• Candidates with relevant BFSI sales experience will be preferred.
