Job Summary

• We are looking for dynamic, self motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to grow the business by generating leads, connecting with new potential clients and maintaining strong customer relationships
• The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting meetings, and achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Industrial buyers and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
• Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and trial order plans tailored to industrial clients and follow-ups to close the order.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and new client targets for the industrial segment.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
• Collet feedback on product performance on regular basis and market insights to be taken etc..
• Prepare reports on sales activities, client feedback and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/software systems.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
• Good presentation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Willingness to Travel

Qualifications

• Graduation degree
• Any professional degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field will be an added advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Experience

0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or related roles.
