Walk-in || Business Development Manager (Third Party, online & Export For Pharma)

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for sales in Third Party, Contract manufacturing, Online Sales, Export sales for allopathic medicines ( Pharma) to drive new business, acquire pharmaceutical clients, and grow our third-party/contract manufacturing business/ Online & Export business.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, proven B2B sales experience, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to convert business opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Hiring Across 3 Verticals

1. Third-Party / Contract Manufacturing 2 Openings
Drive business from pharma companies, brand owners, marketers, PCD companies, and healthcare businesses. Handle lead generation, enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order conversion, and repeat business.

2. Online Sales 2 Openings
Generate and convert pharma B2B leads through websites, digital platforms, social media, marketplaces, and online outreach. Manage enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and customer conversions.

3. Export Sales – 2 Openings
Develop international pharma business by identifying overseas distributors, importers, brand owners, and pharmaceutical companies. Manage international enquiries, quotations, negotiations, orders, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new pharma business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and repeat business.
• Understand product, formulation, packaging, pricing, MOQ, and delivery requirements.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, and Accounts for smooth order execution.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, production, dispatch, and payments.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and market expansion.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–9 years of experience in Pharma Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Third-Party Manufacturing, Online B2B Sales, or Pharma Export Sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, lead-generation, and client-management skills.
• Existing pharma client/network is an advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently driving business development.
