1. Business Development Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Real Estate

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business and leads through various channels.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Pitch company projects and explain investment benefits.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

2. Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.

- Explain Laadli Group projects and offers.

- Schedule site visits for the sales team.

- Maintain daily calling and follow-up data.

3. Team Leader - Sales

Experience: 2+ Years

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 executives.

- Set targets, monitor performance and provide training.

- Handle client meetings and closing of deals.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

4. Relationship Manager

Experience: 2+ Years

Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Provide suitable property solutions as per client needs.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales service.

- Generate business through referrals.

5. Sales Manager

Experience: 2+ Years

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

- Lead the entire sales team and drive performance.

- Build network of channel partners and brokers.

- Responsible for final negotiation and closing.
