Key Responsibilities

• Contact and counsel prospective students through calls and follow-ups
• Explain our trading and financial education programs
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Update customer interactions in the CRM
• Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth student onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 13 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Education Counselling preferred
• Freshers with exceptional learning ability are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Telugu is an advantage
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Self-driven, confident, and target-orientedPrior experience in Forex or Stock Market firms
