Job Description-

Devyaksha Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and motivated Business Coordination Executive (Female) to join our growing team in Indore. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in International Logistics & Freight Forwarding and gain hands-on experience in US logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities-

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding shipment inquiries and requirements.
  
• Generate and qualify business leads through outbound calling.
  
• Collect shipment details and coordinate with the pricing team for quotations.
  
• Follow up with prospective customers and assist in converting inquiries into business opportunities.
  
• Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM records.
  
• Support sales activities through email communication and customer coordination.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
  
• Coordinate effectively with different departments to ensure smooth shipment communication.
  
• Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
  
• Assist the team in achieving business and sales objectives.
  

Eligibility & Skills-

Female candidates only.

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM candidates will be preferred.
  
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
  
• Comfortable with telecalling, customer follow-ups, and coordination.
  
• Confident, positive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
  
• Willing to work in an evening/night shift.
