Walk-in || Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across industries for outdoor advertising solutions.
• Pitch and present OOH campaign strategies to decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured outreach.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and creative teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Prepare sales reports and update MIS regularly for management review.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of advertising/media sales preferred.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
