Job Description of  Business Development Executive

Note- This position is for the field job where you need to travel in pan India at least 20-25 days in a month.

• Research and identify new market opportunities.
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential Distributors.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Market State/District & commercial awareness.
• High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
• strong communication and presentation skills
• Candidate should have knowledge in Lead generation
• Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets.

Skills and qualifications:

• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
• Should be comfortable with cold calling and follow ups with prospecting clients.
• Can effectively explain the customers - based on product offers / benefits/schemes
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential Distributors.
• Developing and implementing ideas for marketing and sales.
• Generating New Distributors and follow-up with existing clients in the domestic market.
• Ability to work under extremely pressured conditions and produce required results.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Channel Sales Development, Corporate Sales, and Client Acquisition, Customer relationship management / Business Development Executive.
