International Business Development Executive
Location: Noida Sector 63
Nearest Metro: Sector 62
Shift: US Night Shift
Timing: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off
Experience: 03+ Years
Freshers: Welcome
Please Note: Cab Facilities are not available. Candidates are required to arrange their own transportation.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from international customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT products, SaaS, software & technology solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, plans, and benefits effectively.
- Convert company-provided leads into successful sales.
- Drive upselling & cross-selling of relevant products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken & written English communication.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Strong sales, persuasion & negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of software, computers, drivers, antivirus, or SaaS products.
- Quick learner with a positive, target-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in a US Night Shift.
