About this role
Key Requirements
Minimum 1+ year experience in TeleSales, Inside Sales, or Business Development
Strong experience in target-based calling & revenue generation
Exposure to B2B & B2C sales preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office
Software Sales experience will be an added advantage
Real Estate Sales candidates are not eligible
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
Manage the complete B2B & B2C sales cycle
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
Build strong client relationships through consultative selling & upselling
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Work Details
Shift: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
